I am so sorry to read of Mrs Lye's passing. My teacher at Howarth Cross and Greenhill schools, she helped me so much, both professionally in her teaching and pastorally in her caring approach. She was a very important part of my school days which were at times a challenge. She really was a very special lady. My sincerest condolences to all the family, wishing you strength and positivity at this very difficult time. I hope the many comments on school sites are a comfort
